Climb a Building, Change Perspectives!
Last week I had the pleasure of being on top of the Empire State Building. I haven't been there since I was a child. Of course, I had my 10 year old brother with me, so I felt like life had come full circle.
As we stared down at the cars, we were both amazed at how toy-like everything looked. Both of us felt like we could just reach down and pick up one of the cars or knock one of the buildings down and start again. Just like playing with a city made out of legos.
As we exited the building, we looked up towards the sky, hoping to catch one last glimpse. However, we could not even see the top of the building. Josh then turned to me and said, "Up there, I felt like I could do anything. Down here, even the top seems impossible to reach."
I then reminded him that the top was only an elevator trip away.
So....how can you change your perspective?
Look forward to connecting with you!
