Helen's Health Tip

I have a secret weapon for creating vibrant health. This is a tool that I teach to al of my health counseling clients, mention at almost every workshop I do, and practice myself on a daily basis.

And it is the new year, so I want to share this secret with you! In fact I'm sharing with you - for free - my teleclass on this subject because I believe that it will be a powerful way for you to create vibrant health.

Mindful Eating is my secret weapon.

I know it doesn't sound like much, but practicing mindful eating is the first step towards eating really well, and to using your body as your guide.

* Mindful eating... is a simple and effective way to pay attention to your food,
* Mindful eating... will help you to connect with your body and learn what it is really craving.
* Mindful eating... can help you to eat less and enjoy more!
* Mindful eating... is a powerful way to reduce or eliminate symptoms of indigestion including heart burn, stomach aches, cramping, bloating and gas.
